At Cargodeals, our mission is to refine commodity trade for the digital age. We digitise and streamline every step of global commodity transactions, replacing fragmented, paper-heavy processes with a unified digital environment that brings efficiency, transparency and security to deal formation.
From the initial demand to the final contract, we remove complexity and introduce structure, trust and speed — empowering professionals to form and complete deals with clarity and confidence.

Commodity trade has always rested on a four-way structure — where buyers, sellers, traders and agents each play a vital role. Cargodeals respects and preserves this structure while enhancing it with the speed, visibility and efficiency of a digital environment. Rather than disrupt the established dynamics of the market, we strengthen them — giving every participant equal access to opportunity, information and trust.

The Platform
- Cargodeals segments commodities into three categories (agricultural, energy, other raw materials), giving users the ability to search and publicise demands and offers per category according to preference.
- Demands and offers are placed either privately (users engage only their own contacts) or publicly (users reach all contacts on the platform).
- The operation of the platform is based on the transition from a public, one-to-many demand or offer into the private completion of procedures (one-to-one).
- Demands and offers are submitted using all the relevant document types commonly used in trade, either created through flexible templates or uploaded in the format each user prefers.
- Cargodeals enables the exchange of all required procedure documents, as well as all documents relevant to the KYC process.
- The digital environment also includes the negotiation of offers (counters) between the parties involved.
- Users can access the entire history of their demands and offers, documents and other information relevant to their transactions.
- Cargodeals can be tailored to sub-categories of commodities, for users with a particular interest in specific commodities.
- The competitive advantage of Cargodeals is the direct interaction of the participants.
